The workshop aims at encouraging young law scholars and practitioners to explore IBC for legal research as well as legal practise. This is a relatively new legislation and often considered to be quite complex. This workshop will demystify the thoughts that it is very difficult to comprehend IBC. Our resource person will share tips and tricks on conceptual clarity, basic readings, how IBC related work can be pursued during internships and how law practitioners can develop career in IBC.
