The PracticeLab Fellowship 2026 is designed to bridge the gap between legal education and professional practice through structured, hands-on learning for law students, recent graduates, and junior legal professionals.
While many law students possess a strong theoretical understanding of the law, relatively few receive opportunities to develop practical legal skills, engage with contemporary legal issues, receive structured feedback, and create work that demonstrates their capabilities to prospective employers and professional networks.
Rather than focusing on passive learning or certificate collection, the fellowship is centred on demonstrable skills and tangible outcomes. Fellows will research, analyse, draft, communicate, and present legal solutions to practical challenges while receiving mentorship and structured feedback throughout the programme.

- Identifying and framing the legal and commercial issues faced by the client.
- Researching applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, and judicial precedents.

- Drafting a unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Applicants will be evaluated on motivation, clarity of thought, practical aptitude, availability, and willingness to complete the fellowship requirements. Selection will not be based solely on academic marks, college affiliation, or previous internships.
Internship referrals for top performers.
The top 3 performers from the cohort will be referred to leading law firms in India for internship opportunities. Partner law firms will be announced through LL.B Mania’s social media handles.
